Description:

Bought new in the mid 90s when I was heavily into the Contenders for pistol sillouhette and I wanted a matching rifle. Then added a 7x30 Waters carbine barrel (for fallow deer) and had it added to the rifles registration.

Both barrels have only fired a few hundred rounds. The 7x30 mostly fire forming loads to make the cases for the full loads. I added a pic of 7x30 vs a 308.

VERY interested in selling the 7x30 Waters barrel and associated items seperate as I get to keep my 22 hornet and my brothers stocks.

This is a video I found on the 7x30 Waters round.

Comes with reloading dies for both barrels and projectiles. The .22 projectiles are unused, so 500. The various 7mm projectiles would be approx 450. You can see what is there in the picture. Also comes with spent cases as pictured. If sold locally will also come with what I have loaded. Also a bag of new Winchester 30/30 brass to make the 7x30 cases.

Scope on the hornet is a Millett 6-25x56. No scope on the 7x30 Waters as I intend to use that on the LA102 308 to be purchased in the future.

Open to trades on a LA102 308 in Polymer and titanium cerakote in excellent or better condition. Also have a Lanber U/O 12ga advertised on here. Both are up for sale to acquire and fit out a Lithgow.

My brother crafted the stocks from Tasmanian blackwood. It is the one and only stock he has made, however he was advised by a professional stock maker and as you can see from the images it is better than most. (no family pride there at all. :-)) There is a non visible hairline crack on the upper left side of the grip from using a 45/70 barrel I used to own. It does not effect function.

Price is plus freight if applicable and transfer fees.

Happy to entertain separating the 7x30 Waters barrel and associated accessories, make me an offer.

Feel free to contact with any questions.
