Description:

OK; Back on the market at $2,500.00 [plus Weapons Branch, Dealer and transportation costs] for this Lee Enfield No 5 Mk I collection, which includes:

* Rifle Factory Ishapore Thorough Factory Repaired No 5 Mk I, with "Ishy Screw" and a new barrel, by the look of it. The wood furniture has some small dings commensurate with age and use but the metalwork is clear and sharp. There’s even an amourer’s repair of what looks like a possible bayonet or sword cut in the fore end!
It has:
* Shiny bore and sharp rifling.
* A No 1 bolt-head fitted by my local Gunsmith, Rob B to head-space the breech as part of his check of the weapon for me.
* A micrometer rack rear sight calibrated from up close to 800 yards for steady shots, which, when folded forward, flips up a 300 yard [ the maximum 4" point blank range ] ghost ring rear sight, for fast acquisition of a target.
