Description:
This is a professionally customised original Mauser 98 in the classic 6.5x55 calibre. Excellent attention to detail includes a Timney trigger, engraved floorplate, aftermarket flag safety, steel rings and bridge mount, spoonhandle bolt, and deep case hardened bluing as seen on the barrel in the photos. The stock has very nice features and the checkering is excellent. Searched for years to find one like this and have barely used it so regretfully I'm moving it on. Comes with new Redding 2 die set and 100 unfired S&B cases. Replacement cost is well over the asking price. No tyre kickers please.
