Description:
Excellent condition Chiappa 1887 Lever action 12 gauge shotgun.
Colour case hardened receiver and lever, with beautiful richly blued barrel and magazine.
Gun has been modified to correct the only two potential issues with this gun, being the short length of pull (LOP) and steel butt plate. LOP has been professionally extended and a 1" Kick Eez recoil pad fitted. It now has a 14" LOP and is very comfortable to mount and shoot.
Gun is the 22" barrel model. Will hold 7 shells, being 5 in the magazine, 1 in the chamber and 1 in the receiver on the carrier plate.
These guns are made in Italy to the highest standards. No pressed metal or cast components in these. They are well built, robust and slick.
