Custom Brno 601 Hunting rifle in 7mm-08

Fully rebuilt my way based on my liking for proven African style CRF guns. Very regretful sale. Very balanced nice rifle.
I have spent too much building this beautiful rifle to pass onto my baby son. but regretfully have to sell it cheap and quick due to divorce & legal proceedings.
Roger Vardy timber 100 yr old walnut. Beautiful timber. Stock shaped by Darryl Stevens. Cheekpiece on this one.
Metal to work clearances are beautiful and even.
Stock bedded & floated. Brand new barrel with barrel band and express sights fitted. Very nice trigger.
All smithing was done by Dalzel Gunsmiths – the pictures don’t do it justice. The pics were done on friends old nokia
You can swim in the blueing, its magnificent. The pics were taken just after getting them out of police storage and it wasnt cleaned or wiped after being greased before storage.
Absolutely no pitting, or marks.
The only fault is the magazine plate needs to be tightened up a bit, it sits a tiny bit proud of stock and I am fussy. I just never got back to the Gunsmith to finish it & get it tightened up. I cant touch it now so selling as is.
The rifle hasn’t even been run in, fired approx. 15 shots. single load only from the bench.
Talley bases and a brand new 4-12x40 Leupold vx3 Plain matt duplex is available (paid approx. $800 plus for scope- plus bases.
