Description:
Browning Highwall Model 1885 BPCR single shot falling block.
Miroku purpose built this model for 3 years 1996-97-98 using the browning 1885 action and American badger barrel octagonal to round 30 " with a 1 in 18 twist for 500 grain + projectiles and black powder for the buffalo shoot and 500 mt silhouette in which they excell. .
Condition is very good; the barrel has a bit of patina and timber has a couple of minor scratches. Rifling is excellent and it's accurate. Can also shoot most other 45/70 smokeless loads.
Includes a Malcolm scope and mount 18" x 6 power which is good and clear scope and mount is about $1400 these days .
All up it's about 13lb. Hasn't been used a lot.
Very collectable rifle which you almost never see for sale.
Price is firm.
