This is a very rare Chinese contract 1934 Mauser.very little info out there but Mauser sold a batch of model 1914 Mauser pocket pistol’s to the Chinese military and police in 1934, the Mauser registry in the USA knows of 9 guns in collections from this batch.the right had side of the frames are stamped with Chinese characters and then the front grip strap has been stamped with rack and personal numbers.
