This copy of J. Rigby, muzzle loading, Long Range Rifle was make by famous Trevor BUGG and retailed by Green River Rifle Works of Adelaide.
Rifle is going with the false muzzle and brass slug mold of 38 calibers and pipe front site. This rifle is all about precision and accuracy.
J. Rigby, Long Range Rifle was used and wins prizes by the Irish Rifle Teams in the International Rifle Matches of 1874, 1875 & 1876 in Long Island USA.
Trevor Bugg was highly renamed Australian mold and barrel maker. With his molds and barrels, he built up a reputation for excellent work. Also, Trevor was active in the local shooting competition scene mainly with muzzleloaders. Those shooters lucky enough to have a BUGG Barrel on their firearm know that if they are doing their part right then they can expect excellent groups on the target. This is legacy of the Trevor’s Rifles.
