Description:
Fantastic gun which I've owned for over 20 years and since new. Original Model 7, but I replaced the barrel with a new stainless model 700 22 inch (instead of the original 16.5 inch) and basically haven't fired it since.
The barrel has been painted in camouflage finish because I didn't like the reflection from the stainless barrel.
Amazing trigger that breaks like glass. Wonderful light little gun. 5 shots. Comes with a 6 x 40 Nikko Stirling scope and mounts. This was the original scope with the gun. Basically, it hasn't missed a trick since new.
When I bought this new, I had all the standard Remington 700 tricks done by the gun smith, bolt face, chamber, trigger, floated the barrel etc.
Only selling it because I'm cleaning the safe out and realised I haven't used this for too many years. Rare as hen's teeth.
