Night vision works extremely good in low light, IR illuminator is only needed on pitch black clouded nights. Purchased in June 22 used once due to ill health. Comes with FN 42 Scope Adaptor and FN 50 scope adaptor for large and small size scopes. Excellent idea as you can swap between rifles in a matter of seconds using the bayonet type quick fit.
