Description:
Sako 85 Finnlight in 25-06- Bought new from Halls Firearms in Townsville in 2014, used on odd occasion on ferals in NQ. Has not been fired in 3 years and kept in a safe and well cared for.
Stock was fully replaced by Sako (There was apparently a batch of stocks prone to degrading and the soft touch turning sticky). So, the stock is brand new and has not been fired with the new stock.
Scope is included in the price, a Leupold VX-R 4-12x40 with Leupold mounts.
Firearm is in excellent condition and is a pleasure to shoot. Super light to carry, smooth action and deadly accurate. 25-06 is a great calibre.
Selling as I haven't used it in 3 years and its just sitting. These are not made anymore and the new models fetch $5500 plus. The Finnlight has texturized grips imbedded in the stock and with a nice palm swell fits nicely in the hand with great grip.
I have a few boxes of ammunition including genuine SAKO ammo as well which can be purchased with it if desired.
