Description:
Keppeler ISSF Free Rifle Long Range, precision single shot target rifle in 300 Winchester Magnum. These rifles are extremely rare and are built in Germany for the popular 300 Meter ISSF competition.
Rifle is in excellent condition and sports a near new stainless steel barrel, of the same dimensions as the original Keppeler chrome moly barrel. It is a 9" twist, in order to stabilize heavy high BC match bullets. The original Keppeler removable muzzle brake is fitted.
Keppeler Free Rifles are fitted as standard at the factory with the prized Anschutz 5018 trigger group as found on all Anschutz premium small bore competition rifles. It is infinitely adjustable, including LOP and cant. It is currently set at 2oz.
Action is a Keppeler own design single shot, with a multi lug bolt with helical style locking lugs. Bolt lift is very low and the bolt movement is silky smooth, being reminiscent of an Anschutz Match 54 rimfire rifle. It is fitted with a quality stainless steel Picatinny rail, for easy fitting of scopes or aperture sights.
Stock is a Keppeler K05 multi adjustable positional stock, suitable for many applications. It is adjustable for LOP, cheek height and also grip position. Forend has the standard Anschutz accessory T-rail.
Keppeler Free Rifles are hand assembled to the highest standards for use at the highest levels of competition. This particular rifle is extremely rare, as they are more commonly chambered in the smaller 300 meter cartridges, such as 6BR and 6.5×47.
Rifle would lend itself to F Class, Fly or precision hunting. Being a magnum bolt face, it could also be used for other high performance long range cartridges using a similar case head diameter.
Rifle will come with a set of L.E Wilson benchrest reloading dies and around 300 x Hornady 212gr ELD-X projectiles. I can also supply a large quantity of unprimed brass, most of it new Winchester and some cleaned once fired Norma WM . Can oòalso supply a Sinclair international 3" benchrest T-rail adapter and a Harris bipod T-Rail adapter.
These rifles currently sell new for around 5,000 Euro upwards.
