JM Marlin “pre-safety ‘79”

Description:

This Is the forend cap model rather than barrel band. Original 24” barrel. It came clean with three patches of bore solvent and it looks and shoots as good as new. The stock is varnished walnut with some figuring around the wrist, would rise up with wire wool and oil finish. Fitted with Skinner peep sight and Wild West trigger. I have retained all the original parts. Has had little use but has a few scuffs in timber. This is a joy to shoot and accurate to boot. Group in picture is with iron sights at 50 yards Winchester 150gr. factory ammo. If you are in TAS I can throw in a box or come and shoot it for yourself.
