Very finely made typical Redding quality. Looks a bit unloved with the hopper stained from powder, barrel cylinder bright shiny. Check images (huge) Works perfectly.

External body still in high original factory crackle paint.
Thin ring of rust at the fitted area of the hopper. Say someone washed the outside of the hopper and some fluid made it to the attachment shelf.. Cosmetic.
Micrometer works perfectly.
Everything can be disassembled.
Used for 223 and similar cases with funnel mouth to suit,
