Description:
K98 Mauser James River rebuild - 1944 Brno production late-war example (hence no cleaning rod and use of welded front band).
Matching bolt in very good condition. Shoots fine. Strong rifling, interals stored with Swiss automattenfett grease when not use. Has correct pattern sling. Can supply appropriate pattern bayonet for additional cost.
Minor crack at stock cross-bolt, stock internals have been reinforced with black acraglass five years ago. Was originally bought and labelled as a 'James River' rebuild and 'as new'.
Requires minor work to elevation slider on side to make it lock into the notches.
