Description:
Made from 1978 to 1982, the Remington 78 Sportmans was the budget version of the remington 700 rifle. The only difference was the beech stock and non knurled bolt knob. This rifle is a 1982 build that sports a remington laminate mountain rifle stock, leupold one piece base and rings (scope is not included). There is the option of a scope rail instead of the one piece base. Rifle has been serialised several times on the action side for some reason, which makes it good/fair due to cosmetic reasons only.
